Purpose

Net proceeds benefit youth athletics and community programs through the Fordney Club.

Eligibility

Raffle tickets may be purchased only by persons 18 years of age or older.

Ticket price and availability

Tickets are $50 each. A maximum of 600 tickets will be sold. No bundle discounts are offered.

Raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable except when a refund is required by applicable Michigan raffle rules.

Drawing date and location

The drawing will be held on February 9, 2027 at 9:30 p.m. at Albee Township Hall, 10645 E. Burt Road, Burt, Michigan 48417.

The drawing will take place during the 2027 Fordney Club Gun Raffle & Wild Game Dinner.

Attendance

Attendance is not required. A winner need not be present.

Online ticket purchases

Each ticket purchased online through Zeffy will be assigned an actual physical, individually numbered raffle ticket. The corresponding physical ticket stub will be placed into the drawing by the Fordney Club.

An online purchaser does not need to pick up or possess the physical ticket to be eligible to win.

Prizes

First prize: A brand-new 2026 Honda Pioneer, model SXS700M2T, in Hero Red. The vehicle includes gas, Fab RR 2p, a two-piece poly windshield, and a hard roof for the Pioneer 700 two-person model. Michigan sales tax and standard title fees are included.

The Fordney Club does not pay a winner's federal, state, or local income taxes arising from the prize.

Second prize: $500 cash. Third prize: $300 cash. Fourth prize: $100 cash.

Drawing procedure

Four different winning ticket stubs will be selected at random, one at a time, in the following order: $100 cash prize, $300 cash prize, $500 cash prize, then the Honda Pioneer.

After a ticket wins, it will be removed from the drawing and cannot win another prize.

Winner notification and prize transfer

The Fordney Club will make a diligent effort to notify each winner using the contact information provided on the ticket.

A winner may be required to provide identification and information reasonably necessary to complete the prize transfer and comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.

All advertised prizes will be awarded

There is no minimum ticket-sales contingency. All advertised prizes will be awarded regardless of the number of tickets sold.

Schedule contingencies

If severe weather, venue issues, or other circumstances prevent the drawing from occurring as scheduled, the Fordney Club may postpone the drawing.

Before conducting any rescheduled drawing, the Fordney Club will complete all actions required by applicable Michigan raffle rules and licensing requirements, including any required notices and communications with ticket purchasers. Tickets will remain valid or refunds will be offered as required by those rules.
